DNR alert: Groomer broke down on the trail Thursday and was retrieved with a skid steer damaging north loop 1 from Danson Road parking lot to south loop 2. Boomer Blue, Loop 3 and north loop 2 to the shelter were fully packed and tracked on Thursday and are in great condition.

Boomer Blue and Loop 3 were freshly groomed after our Wednesday snow and setting up nicely on a Thursday afternoon session - conditions were excellent! Found the grooming machine broke down halfway around Loop 2, so made my own tracks for the rest of the loop (conditions were still silky smooth); didn't make it to Loop 1.

All trails groomed Friday. Excellent condition. Complements to the groomer. Enjoy it while it lasts.

All the trails were groomed this morning and skiing was glorious! Twenty seven degrees and a bluebird sky made for a great morning of skiing.

Groomers tracked Boomer Blue today. Most of the rest of the trails skied in. Part of Loop 2 (by the shelter) hasn't been groomed in ages. Poor ski conditions.

Very skiable though not groomed since last Friday's snowfall. Tracks nicely skied in with a few leaves to catch wax. Temps above zero! Met a lady with dog skijoring Boomer Blue, the big wide section between the double tracks.

Just groomed recently and set up nice. Awesome skiing! The trails are perfect! Thank you so much to the groomers for doing a fine job!

All three loops are now groomed. The tracks are a bit hard but otherwise are in perfect condition. Excellent skiing! Kudos to the forest managers and groomers - new maps at all intersections and improvements to the loop connectors are improvements on a great classic skiing trail.

Loop 2 is in pretty good shape. Some walker tracks, but they mostly stayed to the sides. Saw a treed porcupine on the edge of a cedar swamp.

[ Trails Open: Most, B skis ]
Boomer Blue and most of Loop 1 and 2 are groomed and tracked (not the trail past the shelter). Loop 3 is packed. All the ski trails had either walkers, snowshoers, or dogs.
