Classic tracks were shallow but present. Mostly skier tracked since the Thursday/Friday light snow. Great conditions with just a few stumps within the willow segments. Get out and ski!

Skating lane packed and combed this early morning after three inches of new dry snow in the past two days. Classical tracks were re-groomed and are deep and well formed - scrubbed free of falling snow by skiers during the day. Skating lane had an inch of dry snow on top of the deck by noon. Six inches packed base except under some trees and wind-blown areas. A few sections of classical track has sandbar willow "stumps" sticking up through the packed base. Lindenwood was cleared of flood debris after the last storm and is packed and tracked where there is enough snow. A double track from the Gooseberry bridge to the canoe dock. Single track a quarter of the way to the campground and packed, but skiable to campground. Watch for the fox family on the ice near the water plant intake structures.

The trail has been groomed for skate and classic. Skate lane has mostly good coverage, but is rather bumpy and soft. Overall, good conditions for early december. I didn't try classic, but the tracks looked pretty good.
