Classic skied on skins from Oberg around the picnic loop. Absolutely perfect tracks and deck. Totally amazed at the beautiful job of grooming. 27 degrees, sunny and little wind. What you dream about when your thinking about good skiing. Stellar job Sugarbush!

Excellent track and corduroy skate deck. The downhills were fast but my Fischer Skin skis had good grip on uphill throughout.

Skated the Picnic Loop from Oberg trailhead. Recent grooming that was so nice the day before has been thru another thaw freeze cycle and was hard and fast. I could still skate up the hills and the downs weren't so fast that I could not get around curves. But not as nice as Monday. Classic tracks did not look friendly.

There is excellent grooming everywhere in the whole trail system. Started at Britton Peak Trailhead and skied all the way to Oberg Loop and back via Picnic Loop. The below freezing temp overnight firmed up the base and the just in time grooming made it so much more enjoyable. It was an exhausted but fun trip with a beautiful sunset.

The trails from Britton Peak were in great shape with plenty of snow cover and fast! Fresh grooming allowed for a good edge on the firm skate deck. The grooming made for good control on the descents and ascents; not icy. Beautiful spring skiing at 34 degrees, with sunshine, and not a breath of wind. Classic tracks, not re-groomed from previous day's meltback, looked hard with a bit of icyness to them.

Skated Homestead and Hogback from Britain Peak trailhead. The skate deck had been very recently groomed and I was either the first or second skier on it. It was smooth and fast but not icy. Great glide, smooth cord. Temps about 30 degrees. Plenty of snow, no debris. Good day. Thanks groomer for the early week grooming.

Pristine conditions for today's ski from Moose Fence to Oberg, absolutely gorgeous! 4-6 inches of snow yesterday and piston bully grooming last night created perfect skiing conditions today. Temps in the mid 20's today, in the teens tonight should give a repeat of today on Saturday if you ski in the morning.

Fabulous weather and conditions on the picnic loop. Bluebird sky’s. Just a dusting of snow covered slightly icey trails. Fast down hills.

Skated from Oberg trailhead around the Oberg loop, picnic loop, hogback, homestead and back on the connector. Conditions were the same throughout. Nice smooth frozen cord made for a fast skate. Not so hard that you couldn’t set an edge for skating up the steep hills, and screaming fast on the downhills. Tracks were firm but a bit glazed. Stay our of them on the downhills and only used them for double poling. Great day, beautiful blue skies, moderate temps. Much fun.
