Just doesn’t get any better than this. The very very few pine needles and grasses under the pines are now frozen in. Trail has hardened up a bit now.

Great ski today on the groomed and tracked trails. It was about 22 degrees so I used Special blue kick wax and it was perfect. A few spots still with a bit of grass, but nothing to catch you up. I skied both the east and west outer loops - perfect day.

Observation
[ Trails Open: All ]
All trails are open and groomed. Thanks to about 6-8” of snow from the blizzard a couple days ago, the trails are in perfect condition. Light, powdery snow tracked over previously packed trails. All done with our brand new Polaris Titan utility sled - purchased to replace a clunker. Thanks to Federal Recreation Trail Program 75% matching grant, Tower Area Fireman’s Relief Fund, Polaris discount for community ski trails, and the City of Tower.
