[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
All trails are open and rolled. The outermost loop has been tracked. Inner loops have seen enough traffic to set nice tracks. Snow and trail conditions are the best in years!

Afternoon
Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
Goose Lake had 20” of new snow, it took three groomers two days to compact and set track. All the trail has been rolled 2-3 times. The whole outer loop has tracks set this afternoon. It was -8F at the finish so not certain how firm the track compaction will be. It’s a winter wonderland out there, get out and enjoy the best snow in several years around here.

Morning
Firsthand: Classic
[ Trails Open: Most, Rock skis ]
Current conditions are for rock skis. Some parts have tracks that are frozen, some tracks are okay. Most of the trails are rolled and frozen though one small section seems to have avoided the thaw on Christmas Eve. Many sticks and pine cones in some areas with exposed ground. Skied markers 1-9 which was about 7k. Though from what I could see the roller had gone through to the upper half of the trails.
