Wow, looks like Bridgewood has been getting a lot of traffic! I saw bike tracks, dog tracks, and foot tracks all on the skate trail. Base is firm and somewhat icy in some areas. I'm all for sharing trails, but lets be good stewards of Bridgewood and kindly ask walkers not to walk down the middle of the skate ski trail. There is a lot of time and effort put into grooming and as far as I know....it's the only groomed skate ski trail in Neenah. There is a separate fat bike trail that needs some compacting off to the side.

Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
Skate trails combed as good as I could get them. Overnight temps high. Base is firm, but not the way I would like. I opened up more classic trails. I also set tracks on the North and East side of motel.

As a busy Dad, Bridgewood is my favorite place to go for a quick ski before picking the kids up from school. I was greeted with sunny skies and the 14mph wind wasn't bad at all. Like most reports today, skate trail was a little soft, but I was getting decent glide. Classic tracks were set and they looked pristine! Don't forget to drop a $5 in the donation box so we can keep the grooming equipment up and running.

Ok, skate skiers have been few and far between. All outside skate trails have been rolled 4 times. Base is soft. No classic trails set. I have been working since 5 am. I will do some more until 3:00 pm. It is what it is. Ski trails be open, I may have to finish on Wednesday. Still snowing hard.

Skate lanes very fast. No classic tracks, still have crust on middle areas. Trail was combed this morning. Fat Bikes can just ride near the markers, just use care with the crust on top.
