Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
Groomed all trails except old thunders race trail and snag loop. We are having a hard time keeping up with the new snow we have received in the last two weeks. Classic is pretty good but the skate lane continues to be soft.

Morning
Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
All trails packed and tracked, yesterday and today. While I was out grooming this morning I ran across otter tracks on the trail. It was pretty cool as the otter was sliding down all the downhills. I've attached a picture. Good to know that our furry friends are enjoying the ski trails also.

Afternoon
Firsthand: Classic
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
Trail is really fast and icy despite the best efforts of our groomers. Lots of snowplowing on downhills and corners needed. The trail is beautiful and I did enjoy myself and especially the new warming house but if you're not comfortable with these conditions it's best to wait for fresh snow.

Afternoon
Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
Reset classic track and did leveling on skate for whole system. Classic track varies between full and partial depth due to the cold temps. We are making headway on the soft spots and skate lanes with each grooming. Should be good for those who brave the cold temps through the weekend.
