All of the trails were groomed but there were no tracks set. There's good coverage (4") on most of the trails with a few stray branches and rocks exposed on a few hills. Skating would be difficult because the trail surface is very irregular due to the lack of snow and the numerous foot tracks.

Skied it and found it to be very good. Nicely groomed tracks. Seemingly unused skate grooming. Of course there are some leaves and occasional sticks. Nearing bare in just a few usual spots than get max sun (turn near the lake pavilion). I'd give it a 7 or 8 on balance.
