Handful of folks out today enjoying the early season conditions. Reports from the skiers were good, a few thin areas near the start and a couple rough spots here and there is all. Grooming plans: Ginzu groomer plan to be out in the morning leveling and compressing on the inner trails. Recommended no track classic skiing on Sukkerbusk and the easy loop of JibFly. Skating recommended on Skaters Waltz bypassing the Kamikaze hill segment. (photos Keith Moors).

Early season conditions, use a little extra caution watching for thin cover and rough spots but very skiable. 30km of trail packed and roll combed. No tracks set. Comments: We were back out on the trail today, roll combing all the trails roll packed yesterday as well as packing and combing a few more inner trails. Twin Lakes to the west and North Loup and the extension loops of Skaters Waltz to the north also packed and combed. Grooming plans: No grooming planned on Thanksgiving, touch up grooming with the Ginzu groomer planned Friday. Happy Thanksgiving!

Around 5" of snow as of 6pm. Around 18km of trail roll packed today. Grooming plans: We plan to be back out in the morning roll-combing the same trail as well as 12km additional trail. A little bit of melting with ground not completely frozen but grooming and cold temps should help start setting frost and freezing the base down.

We've had great Autumn of fall grooming and the trails are in great shape. Big thanks to the crews that helped us clear over 600 trees from the "Solstice Storm" back in June. Dry conditions has allowed us to prepare all the trails for early season skiing. It won't take much snow to be skiing and we are looking forward to a great season! Think Snow!
