Scenic trails wind through stands of large red and white pines. For longer ventures, head out on the Taconite Trail for access to hundreds of miles of additional trails.Trail Reports

Skied Big Hole Loop this morning. Classic tracks are set from the parking lot just off Hwy 5 through the rest of Big Hole. Skating is possible over snowmobile tracks on Ski Trail Road from the main parking lot through the junction with Pickeral Lake Trail. It looks like Pickerel has not yet been packed and tracks have not been set. Skied classic on Tuesday in nice tracks through the campground loop near Side Lake. Thanks groomers!

Set tracks in the campgrounds two miles. Packed Big Hole Loop once and cleared brush. May set tracks Tuesday. Red Top needs entire three jobs, hopefully this week.
