Skied most of the trails today. Conditions were excellent except for a few patches of dirt and grass. Trails were freshly groomed.

Excellent classic tracks once you get uphill from the Falls. No bare spots and minimal debris. First time I’ve skied Gooseberry and will be back. Multiple spectacular loop options through hilly north woods forest with plenty of lake views. Groomed corduroy available for steeper downhills. Saw two other skiers in three hours although parking lot starting to fill up as I was finishing. Strongly recommended.

Another excellent day at Gooseberry. The trails were in great shape with deep and solid classic tracks. There were a lot of skiers - enough so you had to be aware on the two way trails of the possibility of someone coming in the other direction. The lake loop below the visitors center was very pretty today.

Fantastic. Trails freshly groomed after Wednesday snow. The loop winding down next to the river was especially nice. Beautiful blue sky above the lake.

Great! After the wonderful congestion at the visitors center of families and groups exploring the falls area, and crossing the highway, the trails were fantastic. The grooming was super and the classic tracks deep and solid. Lots of animal signs. There are new trail makers which help with navigation.

Conditions are great in the woods. Pretty bare in the open and under the trees. Trails above the highway are groomed but not tracked. Trails below the highway are groomed and tracked. It was a beautiful day to be outside. We need more snow!
