While we were sleeping the Hyland crew was putting down some serious snow. Hopefully the temperatures drop next week so they can get a loop going.

First off love there is now an app for skinny ski. Stopped by Hyland on my way into work and the guns were blazing snow and the crew was out and about. Hopefully there will be skiing soon.

A gorgeous sight on Star Loop at Hyland Lake Park Reserve. Snow guns running full-blast at 5 pm, piles of snow beginning to build. Those snow guns look brand new. Thank you to Three Rivers Park District and Hyland Lake Park management and staff. It's folks like you that make the Twin Cities such a great place to live.

If you were hoping to make first tracks at Hyland this year, I'm sorry, but it appears that somebody already beat you to it on last weekend's dusting of snow. For everyone else, there are 10 snow guns positioned around the star loop - plugged in and ready to go.
