With the snow and excellent groomers, trails are in excellent condition. Groomers did their thing yesterday afternoon but despite much signage, hikers and dog walkers continue to chew up the skate deck. Same with the deer herd, escaping the deep snow. Skating was a bit of a challenge, but after switching to classic, noticed that the tracks are probably the best they've been in all the years I've skied the park. Excellent time to visit this beautiful and well-cared-for jewel.

Fresh groom. Powdery. Beautiful. Great night to be out. Skied from the campground welcome center around the blue loop. It is a bit soft. And there were a couple spots where walker crossings messed up the track, but it was really nice overall.

Skijoring trails were in great condition. Hardly any leaf cover to slow you down. Tracks were set in pretty nicely for classic. Right most track was usable the entire way and the left track faded away a few times. Good snow cover the entire way.

Skated a few laps on the golf course for an easy new years day ski. Skate deck had a little crust on it and was pretty fast. It's also pretty rough with a lot of ruts, foot prints and a number of uneven sections. Tree debris is worse than earlier in the week and a few sections are downright dirty at this point. Not the greatest, but okay. On the positive side, tracks had been set on the golf course and they were in really good shape.

Slow snow, groomed trails washed out. Lots of leaves in the groomed tracks. Skied Orange and Blue trails.

Skate skied the campground and golf course loops. Guessing the trails were groomed sometime in the past couple of days as you could see the groomer marks, but clearly a few ruts from when the snow was softer that haven't been smoothed out. Classic tracks were set on the campground loop only (looks like they tried on the golf course, but didn't work). Overall the skate deck was firm despite the warm temps. Some leaf debris which is to be expected at Bunker. For the most part some solid skiing with only a few spots where the grooming is really uneven with ruts/tracks to be aware of. There were also a few segments of the trail that have had a good number of walkers leave their mark. All in all okay skiing.

I skied the golf course today. Grooming was terrific, tracks were set, thank you. However, much of it was drifted over. I would almost say use B skis because of the litter of branches and leaves. I enjoyed my ski but I'm hoping for more snow and/or a fresh groom.

I used classic(Backcountry) skis on the golf course. My skis were a foot under the snow 90% of the time. About 10% of the trails were rolled. Good news is there's plenty of snow out there to set tracks

Skied the golf course trails. They had been rolled a while ago, but not recently groomed and no tracks had been set. A bunch of people had skied in the trail a little bit, but was basically skiing in a few inches of fluff. Seemed like great coverage so should be nice when it's groomed.

Trails were not groomed but plenty of people have been out skiing on them. I skated the blue and purple loops and had a blast. The coverage is good and plenty deep for when the groomers get out.
