Good early season conditions. Tracks are in good shape. One bare spot on the pavement on the run down from the parking lot but easily avoided. The wooded portion of the trail along the railroad tracks has not been groomed, and appeared to be overgrown. (perhaps they forgot to mow it in the fall).

Nicely double tracked. One small hill with black asphalt showing in the tracks. Some leaves as you get closer to the highway. I'm not complaining though, a good early season ski!
