The trails are no longer being groomed. But guest are still using them. Morning are the best, after the cool night time temps.

[ B skis ]
Skate skied Pioneer Bend, parts of Acorn, Rudy's, and Little Ben. Skate deck was crusty but in good condition. Previous skate tracks made in warmer conditions left some deeper ruts in places, but generally it was great skiing for April 1. Beautiful trail system. Loved the winding, rolling, wooded trails.

Skied Acorn, Big and Little Ben, Potlach, Plantation. Skate deck is great. Recently groomed. Very fast. Classic tracks looked icy in some areas.

Great sunset skate at 17 degrees. The skate lane was scratched up nicely, especially back in the jack pines. Classic track was mostly iced up or washed out in many places.

Grooming has attempted to break up hard-icy surface with fairly good results, but trails are still a bit hard and fast, but not totally ice. Older classic track has a dusting of snow in it so it's a slower option than the skate deck.

Great conditions for skate skiing. Most trails have been groomed recently. Despite the warm weather snow coverage is good with no bare spots. Classic tracks are in a decent condition as well.
