Morning
Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
Skate Lanes were groomed Thursday morning. Tracks were left alone due to lack of new snow. Due to no new snow, some minor debris is mixed in with snow in some areas, but very skiable for Skate skiing.

[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
Skate skied at French Rapids today, it has been many years since it was good in mid December. The trail was in great shape mostly flat and firm with a little soft on top, tracks are set on the entire system however you may find a few leafs in them. At 22 degrees the snow was fast and fun to ski I did not see any dirt or exposed rocks and would not hesitate to use my best skis. Fun find was a recent buck deer horn on the trail (Big spike)!

Observation
[ Trails Open: All ]
Intended to ski, but only had time to stop and look at the trail: Two separate 7-inch snowfall this month. Trails groomed and track set after each snowfall. Minor amounts of leaves from ironwood and oak, but very skiable. Skate or classic skiing.
