Last groomed Saturday night, the trail was in good shape. Deep tracks offered very good glide and control. I skied the Blue Loop (beginner) and found it very enjoyable. The skate deck looked freshly groomed and in great shape. This was my first time at this park, and I recommend it. Also, if you are more adventurous, the Red Loop has two nice hills. I'm glad I got out before any weather.

Excellent corduroy for skating and well set classic tracks. The trails had mostly good coverage with occasional thin spots.

A really beautiful night! Trails weren't very groomed, but there was a good base beneath the fresh snow, so it was pretty great anyway. Uphills were a bit slow because of the fresh snow, but downhills were still fast. We skated the Blue loop. There were a couple spots with some leaves and sticks (so I'm marking down B skis just to be safe), but for the most part there was very good coverage, and you could probably just avoid any debris. There were some skier-made classic tracks, but they weren't very substantial (though they may be good enough if you don't mind compromising). But for skating, at least, it's definitely worth the trip!

Skated both the Blue and Red trails. Good snow coverage, no bare spots and no icy areas. Trails had been groomed earlier today before the half inch of fresh snow. "Pretty darn good" would be the Minnesotan way of describing the conditions. Just a little slow because of the fresh snow. Classic tracks were few and far between.

Had a nice morning ski around the blue trails at St Croix Bluffs. Trails were nicely groomed for skate and classic and had set up nice to make a firm surface for both. Only a few skier tracks on them so far. Used waxless fishscale skis, would have been a good day for traditional waxable skis. Minimal leaf litter in the tracks. Skate lane was groomed nice and wide in most areas.

Conditions are good. All trails have been rolled creating a corduroy surface. Tracks were laid today. Anticipate soft conditions, until grooming and cold weather has a chance to work its magic.
