Skate skied the outer loop. Trail was fully covered. It was mostly hard packed and icy but I could still get an edge. There were a number of places where 1-2 inches of snow had drifted onto the trail, making it slow but skiable. Lots of leaves and some sticks on the trail - I used B skis but you could use good skis if you're careful. Classic track was filled in a few places but looked fine otherwise.

Main red trail is open. In some places one way, some places side by side tracks. It was nice to ski. It was hard to tell if the trail through middle section was groomed or not. Some leaves but no bare spots.

Fun being out on course. Skate track is great, groomed, soft and under used. Tracks set for striders. Take advantage while you can. Best start to winter in a decade.

Classic tracks and skate section were groomed this evening. Trails were in good shape with a tiny bit of leaves on the trail in one section but overall great condition and hardly used.

While the County hasn't been able to groom yet, people have been out skiing. They've mostly stuck to one set of blazed trails - so the trail was understandably a bit soft and uneven in places - but was definitely enjoyable for the 1st of December.
