Classic tracks were decent in many areas with occasional thin areas that were easily avoided. The trail north of the flowage, however, was much thinner, with many areas of exposed dirt and leaves. Around the southeast end of the flowage, there were no tracks, with a seventy yard stretch void of any snow which I walked. I would suggest avoiding these areas and stick to the trails south of the flowage. Grooming did a nice job with the limited snow available.

Trails were packed and tracked at Navarino today. All trails are open as well as the sledding hill. All 15 miles of trails are groomed with classic on each side and skate deck down the center. Old base was icy and hard pack snow. Fresh 4+ inches provided a new base.

Rain overnight has changed the ski trails to glare ice, or melted down to grass. Trails are CLOSED, until next measureable snow fall to start over again.

Skied the blue and green loops again with a light 1/2 inch of snow falling. Firm classic track all the way and the downhills were in excellent shape. Only a few fallen oak leaves on the trail. Beautiful afternoon ski.

Went through all trails on Tuesday removing debris from rains and high winds on Sunday. Received a needed 3-4" of fluffy snow to cover the old base and regroom. All trails are packed and tracked back to an early season condition. Rentals available when nature center building is open.

All sections of the ski trails are open. Classic tracks on each side with skate deck in the center. 5" of snow overnight on the base packed made the full grooming possible, grooming completed at 3 pm.. Should freeze up with colder weather.
