We groomed everything again this morning, packing in further the final total of 12 inches of snow received from the blizzard Thursday night. With cold temps this morning, the trail base and skate deck set up really, really nice. The classic tracks set great as always. Fantastic skiing out there right now!

We have received about 10 inches of new snow overnight and this morning - more is still coming down. We have groomed the north side trails and are out on the south side now. With the volume of snow received, expect the skate deck to be on the softer side today.Grooming plans: We will groom everything again tomorrow morning to firm things up further. Its beautiful out there!

We groomed the north and south side trails this morning. Despite the warm weather the last few days, cold temps overnight allowed for great grooming conditions this morning. Trails groomed up really nice. Expect fast conditions since we had to recycle base for this recent grooming. We are still rocking over a foot of trail base yet so no issues there. The lake crossings have not been groomed yet since they are done with the snowmobile groomer. We need it to warm up a bit more before we can rip into it. Until then, that small section will be a bit icy.

We groomed the north side trails this morning. They turned out really nice and buried a lot of the debris that started popping back through the last couple days with the warmer weather. Despite the warmer temps, we are still going strong! We are experiencing your typical spring/March conditions right now. With this, you will likely see some icy conditions right off the bat in the morning, but things will become softer as the day progresses. We will continue to groom overnight or during early morning hours as temperatures allow.

Cold, 12*, Early morning classic ski around west end of flour lake and back beaver dam. Super hard tracks, skins worked fabulous. These trails are the best in Midwest.

After two days of sub-zero temps we were able to ski without face masks at dawn. They last groomed here on Saturday and the tracks are firm and the skate deck is not too icy. Very little debris is left on the trails from the winds on Friday. We loved skiing on top of the esker on the west end of Flour Lake. One member of our group surprised a beaver felling a tree.

We groomed everything early this morning. There was some pretty crazy wind last night and quite a bit of debris came down with it. This morning's grooming buried most of it but you may find some remnants in a few places, particularly on the higher elevation trails such as Ridge Run and the top of Red Pines. Trails otherwise groomed up great! The classic tracks set deep and the skate deck is nice and firm. No icy sections present. Fantastic skiing this weekend!
