First time to these trails. Tracks were set yesterday on Meditation and Hidden Grin loops; grooming on Bear Mountain is done for the season. Super fun, flowy trails, which went from icy to soft quickly with today's temperatures. Icy footprints along the access trail to the loops were a bit sketchy on the way out, but fine when soft on the way back. Thankfully, walkers didn't tread in the tracks.

The good trail conditions we have ever had at Big Bay Pathway, with 10°F and newly set classic tracks. Cold, softish, and perfect for flawless kicking and gliding. Beautiful with lots of snow. No wind today! These classic-skiing-only trails are always a delight, especially today!
