Full coverage, though base is thin. Track is set and in surprisingly good condition. The trail was freshly groomed, though some chop and roll due to the thinness of base. Very skiable and the best it has been for a couple of years!

Trails were groomed earlier this week, and snow coverage is surprisingly good: nice firm skate deck with just a few avoidable thin spots (some dirt mixed in the snow). Today there was about an inch of loose snow on top. Trails were tracked for classic skiing, but are thin in many places. Get out and take advantage of this early season skiing!

All trails at Quarry Hill Park were groomed this morning and a classic track was set. There's no exposed dirt so you can decided whether to use your good skis or B skis. The surface is soft, hopefully will set up better with cold weather.
