I strided the approx 13km of trails that were groomed with the PB100 this morning, had some of the fastest skiing of the winter! The tracks were varied; some were shallow and wavy but most were solid. The loops to avoid: Rollercoaster, Skidder, Corker, and Little James (dirt and gravel spots or no snow on an icy patch). The other seven trails had good snow cover. Skate lanes looked excellent; probably should have gone with the skate skis today (hard to admit for a die hard classic guy).

Everything groomed including championship loop. Corker, roller coaster, and skidder are closed because of gravel and dirt spots. Classic track is not the best but skate lane is pretty decent. There are some sticks from the wind last night.

I skied all of the loops, 18km, shortly after Adam groomed them with the Pisten Bully. After getting 3" new snow yesterday, the trails look clean, with solid tracks and great corduroy. I'm rating it B skis because there's still a number of sticks to avoid, mostly on Skidder and Jammer And two brief spots of very thin snow on Skidder and Rollercoaster. Good skis would be fine on the other trails.

Groomed out really good despite the weather this last week. We got 2" of snow in the last two days. Everything is groomed including the championship loop. There are quite a few sticks from the warmer weather and snow.

I skied all of the easier, nearby trails between 9:30 and 10:30 this morning. Great blue klister, double pool workout in firm, slightly icy tracks! Very good conditions except under the hemlock on Corker (I should have avoided that trail) and one slushy spot on Little James. I did 10k by repeating some trails. I would recommend skipping the most difficult trails (big hills) until we get more snow and a fresh groom.

Really nice groom this morning. Skate and classic in good shape. Normal warm weather skiing. Groomed all trails and the championship loop.

Great day on the trails at Forest Springs. It hasn't been groomed since Sunday, but the tracks were still great and most of the skate lanes were still very good. There are some hemlock twigs and cones here and there, plus oak leaves in places, but not much of an issue. The glide was excellent and the skins provided pretty good kick.
