Full trail was groomed this morning from Covenant Point out to the Bennan Lake loop and the Ottawa campground loop. The Ottawa campground is groomed with parallel trails. The snow is in good condition yet possibly a little sticky with the warm temperatures up into the forties. The trails are groomed in the classic style.

Trails are in optimal shape. They had been groomed less than a week ago, and with the fresh light powder coating, the fresh light snow acted as a lubricant, and the tracks were smoother than smooth. I skied the Ge-Che loop and the campground loop. The weather was perfect in the low twenties with very little wind. The classic tracks were in great shape.

Groomed trails today, the full Ge-Che from Covenant Point to Lake Bennan. Trails are in great shape with no obstructions. The snow is well-packed, with the top layer coming from recent very light snow. Due to previous winds, much of the trail near Lake Ottawa had been covered in drifts. Today's grooming leveled and compressed those sections of trail, which should make for some good low-manageable rollers. The trail was groomed with a single classic track. The loop through the Lake Ottawa Campground is groomed with parallel tracks.

Most of the trail is groomed and tracked after a big snowfall. Good base of snow. The Bennan Lake loop is the only section that has not been groomed yet.
