Trails that are groomed are in great shape. Only flat trails are groomed. Trail into ravine and up through the Butterfly Meadow and Vernal Ponds not groomed and snow is deep. There are a few tracks through that area now though :).

The first quarter mile from the main parking lot at the farm is in the toughest shape but still fine. Fast and a bit crunchy, a good base for the expected coming snow. The trails are mostly flat with a few inclines until the farthest loop. Bring a few bucks for the donations box at the trailhead.

Morning
Firsthand: Classic
[ Trails Open: Most, B skis ]
Softening but in good groomed shape. Very few spots with leaves or grass. No skate deck just several classic loops. Snowshoers and walkers stay off well. The deer are not as considerate! This is a favorite place to ski-you see few to zero people generally.

It was a beautiful day for skiing. These are a good warmup set of trails, only one steep hill (we did not try it), but freshly groomed (it was groomed on Saturday and groomer was on the trails today), so trail conditions were excellent.
