The Iron Belle Trail is Michigan’s showcase trail that touches hundreds of municipalities and crosses through 48 different Michigan counties. A flat old railroad bed typically groomed as multi-use trail from Ironwood to Ramsay (east of Bessemer).

Grooming 
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
The IBT was rolled from Ramsey to the transfer station. Snowbanks slowed progress to Ironwood. Big snow day kept the volunteer groomers in Ironwood busy today! Plenty of snow for good skis at all of our local areas! Grooming plans: Groomers plan to be out tomorrow to continue grooming towards town.

Trail was groomed from Bessemer to Miners Park! Solid classic tracks. The IBT is now being groomed regularly between Ramsey and the Miners Memorial Heritage Park. Awesome conditions... but cold!
