Did classic skiing, some good tracks but not set. Skate deck looked good, a few spots that were thin but overall I wish I would have skated instead.

The trail has been rolled but no other grooming has occurred. Decent coverage with grass poking through in some areas. Still good for skating but no track is set.

The trail at Phalen Golf Course was rolled/packed this afternoon. There is a loose base that will only get better as it sets up. Currently there is no classic track. Enjoy!

Very soft and wet. Only a couple spots with fully bare ground but everything was incredibly thin.

Skied around noon and temps were 36 and climbing. Skate deck is really soft and tracked out from all the traffic (which is awesome people got out!) Coverage was surprising good for this early in the season and first snowfall. I’d say good skis on all but a handful of very avoidable sections, so better off with B skis.

Skate skied on Sunday it was rolled but was very soft. Classic skis this morning starting at 10:15am, no set tracks but plenty that were made by other skiers. Few spots to keep an eye out for as cart path areas are very thin. Loop is short full loop is 3.85 to 3.9 miles. They did not go into the driving range which would add more onto the loop, like last year.

Phalen golf course cross-country ski trail was rolled/packed this afternoon. There is a thin base but should be great skiing once the snow sets up/freezes. Enjoy!
