Trail is fast, a bit icy in the tracks. I skied the skate area instead because the track edges are a bit grippy. Groomed recently, easy to climb hills, speed on downhills controllable. Unavoidable small branches and pine needle clusters at times. Swans trumpeting and flying overhead, ravens squawking.

After our warm weather and refreezing the trails are icy. The skate lane was scratched up today to get rid of the worst ruts. All trails are open and groomed, but there is plenty of debris. The skiing should be pretty good tomorrow with the temps around freezing, have fun and be careful of the hills. If you decide to walk down hills please do it on the edge of the trail--don't walk down the middle!

Green and Blue loops are groomed and tracked. Skate deck is soft. We will work on getting the black loop groomed and tracked tomorrow, as it still has overhanging branches that need clearing. The skate deck should firm up as we go over it more times.

Some grooming has been done since the last snowfall and high winds. Black sections of trails still have snow and/or have drifted over. Very nice base and surface where trails have been rolled and tracked.

Still ungroomed. 4+" of snow on top of any previous grooming. Quite a few twigs down. I was tossing the bigger branches off the trail as I was breaking my own trail. One large limb down on the black loop that is going to require a saw.

Not groomed since the snow a few days ago however a few skiers have been using the trails so there are some slightly burried tracks to follow. Snow is not packed down so it is a little slow going.

As of 3:00 PM not groomed. Tried to ski a bit but 4 inches of new snow didn't work. At least we picked the right wax (cold). Temp was -1F.

Great conditions after the snow yesterday and with the woods slowing down the wind, it was a great day to be outside skiing even if it was zero degrees F out.

Trails looked good, nice and firm with a little fresh powder. One issue: The lights on half of the lighted trails are out. I think it would be the western side of the system, the ones that go through ox lake bible camp. Hopefully it will be fixed soon! My wife and I appreciate all your hard work!

Fresh inch of snow fell earlier today, and other than a low branch or two conditions were excellent on the trail sections I skied on.
