2022-2023 season

Firsthand: Freestyle
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
Skied the military trail, west trail, nine mile trail, and the end of the east trail today. Overall the trails were very soft when I was skiing. I passed the groomer when I was on the trail so hopefully the trails set up better overnight. There was also a decent amount of debris on the trail so some skiing around these larger obstructions may be needed. There were no tracks set on any of the trails for classic skiing, some portions had some tracks set from other skiers skiing in the same path throughout the day but most portions did not have any specific tracks for classic.

Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, B skis ]
All of the trails were rolled and combed. The cold temps and extra powder freshened up the trails nicely. There is about a 5 inch packed base. No tracks were set. It is a great time for some skate skiing!

We received 6-8 inches of heavy wet snow last night. All of Anvil was rolled today making a packed base of 4 inches. Higher temps made the snow very sticky. Still have inadequate snow to attempt setting track. All trails are open but expect early season conditions.
