All trails groomed today. Skate deck in excellent condition and tracks are excellent. We are getting drifting which may fill in tracks on the golf course. Best conditions of the year.

Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, B skis ]
Trails groomed Thursday. Skate deck was scratched up and should ski well. Not many bare spots. Did not reset the classic tracks - they are very icy. Grooming plans: If we get snow we will regroom and hopefully be able to reset classic tracks.

About 3" of wonderful snow made for Great skiing today! Skate deck in great shape and most of classic tracks are good, too. Only place classic tracks looked thin/bare was down by RR tracks. Kudos and thanks to our awesome volunteer groomers. As always, walkers/hikers keep walking right down the middle of the trails. Argh!

This was my first time skiing here and first time skiing in two years! Great trail to get started on again. I went on the Bicentennual trail. The most fun part is the hill going down to the railroad tracks! Skate deck in good shape and good shape for classic tracks too. Minimal amount of leaves and twigs.

Great conditions this morning with the fresh snow. Groomers were out yesterday afternoon and again this morning. Tracks were also set for classic. I still recommend B skis because I know the base is thin but good conditions.

Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, B skis ]
Most trails were regroomed today with the Ginzugroomer. We did not set new track or use the knives to scratch up the deck (too little snow). Skate conditions in the woods are very good, on the golf course good. Classic is better in the woods - there are tracks on most of the course.

Morning
Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, B skis ]
All trails groomed and hard packed. Regroomed the golf course, but did not set track (too windy). We plan to regroom on Saturday afternoon. The base is thin, there are a few bare spots that can easily be avoided.

Skied from the Bluffside Tavern to just past the Hixon Forest Parking Lot and back. The skate deck was soft today but should get better with time. I noticed just a handful of blades of grass poking through the classic track and nothing on the skate deck.
