Ski trails were freshly groomed and track set this morning. Conditions are excellent plus. Skate deck a bit soft. Grooming will continue daily through holiday week. A lot of folks out enjoying their Christmas ski equipment. Snow bike trail head access at Snow Summit Drive. Riding was a bit challenging today because of excess snow on top of packed bike trail.

Second time for me at Wolverine this season. The track was in excellent shape and skate lane firm. Enjoyed the snow laden trees and warm chalet and home made cookies . Not only are the volunteers skilled groomers but also talented bakers!

Beautiful conditions at Wolverine. A slight glaze over pack powder. Firm and fast. Worth the drive up from the Twin Cities.

Excellent conditions. The snow is starting to transform, and is getting faster. Skate lane is firm, but not hard or icy. Classic tracks are set throughout with no dirt or debris in them. The Novice loop is now open. Some might say we have mid-winter conditions, but without daily snow or frigid temps, it feels more like early spring. The skiing is great!

Very good conditions throughout. Classic tracks are firm with no debris in them or on the skate lane. Yesterday's snow helped level the trails, and make a mid winter experience today. It looks like an amazing weekend ahead for skiing Wolverine. Novice loop remains only partially open. Groomers are doing a great job!

All but the short easy loop near the Chalet had just been groomed and tracked when we arrived at 9am. Firm flat skate deck and deep tracks made for excellent skiing, both classic and skate. Only 1% of trail system had signs of ice/crust from water flow areas, so firming up nicely. What a beautiful trail system maintained by community skiers.

All trails were track set and rolled early this morning. Very good trail conditions. The Novice trail is closed due to wet conditions.
