Fantastic conditions at Wolverine this morning. Skate lane is in very good shape, leveling off with no ice, and is firm. Classic tracks are set on roughly 85% of the system and look good with a few icy patches, or debris. The snow-making pond loop is in fair condition with one large patch of ice (pictured). A huge thank you is in order for all of the volunteers who have spent countless hours filling in thin or icy areas to ensure you have the best ski experience possible.

I went out this morning and was so excited to see the trails were open. No classic tracks were set and the skate deck was soft but I skied portions of Powderhorn, Wolverine, Cliff's and Cliff Hanger. The sun was out and the trees looked amazing filled with snow. Thank you to the groomers! As the snow firms up it will only get better.

Fresh snow means fresh grooming at Wolverine. Get out and ski! Enjoy the sun! Skate deck is a little soft, but should firm up over the weekend. No classic track set yet, and a few early season undulations are present on the trails. Please respect the early season trail closures, all trails will be open Dec 1st. Thank you groomers for the hard work, and thank you skiers for your support of this wonderful trail system!

Grooming Scheduling
[ Trails Open: Most, Rock skis ]
Despite plenty of snow, and cold conditions, Wolverine will regrettably not be rolled, packed or groomed prior to November 19th. We have a shortage of volunteers available for tasks like grooming and opening/closing the chalet. If you are interested in becoming volunteer groomer or open/closer of the chalet, please contact us. Thank you.
The trails will remain open to all users, so feel free to break trail, or use the skied in track. Also, please respect the closure of the south-westernmost trails until December 1st. There are deer hunters in this area, and we must respect the wishes of private land holders. Please see attached map of closure.
If you want to ski on groomed trails please check out our neighbors at ABR or the Miners Trail. Thanks!

Wolverine has snow! No rolling has taken place. We classic skied a bit, and had fun in the cold powder. It's still coming down, and trails will be groomed when the groomers are ready. The lot has not been plowed, but should be soon.
