With the light, fluffy snow and forecasted high winds staff are only rolling/packing the trails today. The strategy behind rolling today is that the grooves made by packer will catch the blowing snow and thus keep more snow on our trails. By keeping more snow on our ski trails we can (hopefully) extend their lifespan and maybe even ski longer than a week at a time. Groomers will be out Friday to set classic tracks and skate ski deck.

Groomers decided the classic tracks still look pretty good so they left them alone. They did groom the skate ski portion of the outer loop. Good condition!
