19°F above; clear skies; springtime conditions. The South Trail was renovated, combed, and track set at night. Base depth 2½" to 5"; deck very hard; surface frozen granular. The North Trail was groomed a week ago. With a week of thawing temperatures during the day and refreeze overnight, we have gone into spring conditions. Icy in the mornings and softening and getting tacky in the afternoon.

Classic track is fantastic-rock solid and clean. The 6-kilometer skate loop is also fantastic-great grooming and conditions, fast snow, and you can push your technique. I usually do a time trial loop, and today was my fastest of the season. The 9-kilometer loop needs more snow. The hilly terrain and the earlier icy conditions are still problematic. The classic track is great, but I personally will not classic much of the 9-kilometer loop as it is just dangerous. Even much of the skating on the loop is all V1 climb with downhills that are very technical in fast conditions like today, so I only skied the last three kilometers of the 9-kilometer loop to work in some intensity. The base is still cold-blue wax or colder-and I used skins for classic.

The temperature is 20°F above zero with clear skies and light wind. The average base depth is 7", and the snow depth off-trail averages 18". The North trail is now roll-packed, renovated, combed, and track-set. There are some short, scattered areas of loose granular combing due to leaves from last night's winds. The South trail and the 3K classic trail were groomed Wednesday. Trails are in very good condition; bring your good skis. I started out roll-packing and found sections of the fresh snow filled with deer tracks; they are browsing for lunch. Yesterday's mild temperature had set a crust on some areas where the sun shined for a long period, but overall there was no significant damage. Trails look great.

The temperature is 18°F above; no wind, cloudy, 90% humidity. There is three inches of powder snow cover from this past weekend. South trail tracks are set, renovated, and the skate lane is combed. The three-kilometer classic trail is renovated and track set. North trail has three inches of snow cover over a previous roll pack. Grooming plans: grooming for the North trail is to be done tomorrow. Average base depth is seven inches, and the deck is a little soft. Track sets are clean and deep. Even with the gusty winds from this past weekend, I found snow hanging on the pines and some of the limbs. Bring your good skis, for conditions are very good.

Fresh snow from the weekend and no wind made for a fabulous day on these beautiful trails. I went on the south trail 6K skate and also classic on the 3K loop. Base is great on these trails for good skis.

Three inches of fresh snow overnight and in the morning with temps in the teens made for a nice weekend. This fresh, warmer snow is fast and clean but keep your wax green or colder because the base is still in the negatives. I skied 3k classic loop and 6k skate/classic loop, both in great condition for your good skis.

9 F above; clear skies; no wind. The South Trail is now renovated, combed, and track set; 3K trail is renovated and tracks set; North Trail has 1 inch snow cover over last week's roll packing. Skate lane and track sets are in great condition; deck is very firm; average base depth 6 inches. Bring your good skis. After a week of being in the basement on the temperature, we have warmed up, and the trails look fantastic.

North Trail now roll packed. Average base 6 inches; base setting up right behind me as I went. South Trail and #K Trail were combed, packed, and track set yesterday. Trails are in very good condition. Bring your good skis. Currently, -15°F below, with gusty NW winds. Three inches of powder snow covering North Trail. I left this morning with a temperature of -9° and the temperature was steadily dropping. Ski trails are in great shape and, weather permitting, a good option for some fun.

Currently 15°F above with sun popping out. Light snow showers occurred overnight and this morning. The South Trail has been combed, packed, and track set. The 3K classic trail was combed, packed, and track set over 3" of new snow accumulated this past weekend. The North trail has a covered roll pack with 3" of powder snow. Average base depth is 6", and the deck is semi-firm. Bring your good skis. We started this morning at 5°F, and it was foggy with snow showers on and off as we groomed the fresh snow cover. We observed a few drifts here and there from the gusty winds this past weekend. Trails look great!

The North trail, covered with 2 inches of powder snow from Saturday, is now roll packed. The average base is 4 inches; off-trail, it's 14 inches on average. The South trail and 3K classic were groomed Saturday night. Current temperature is 35 degrees. Trail conditions as of this morning are very good; however, they could change with milder temperatures. Bring your good skis. I started early this morning to pack some snow on the North trail to firm up and also widen the deck for climbing those roller coaster hills. The temperature was 15 degrees at the start and 30 degrees upon finish.
