Did the shorter version of the Picnic loop today and it was in great shape. It seems like the colder weather today helped harden the snow quite a bit which made for faster striding. Parking lot seemed busy but didn't see many people on the trails. Skied W > X > M > N > O > G > H > I > J > K > L > W and everything was groomed with nice tracks.

Skied Onion River Rd today. I was lucky enough to be the first skier on it since the groomer (thanks to the groomer gang!) had gone through. 26" of fresh powder groomed by the Bulley. Amazing change since I last skied it in late January. Best conditions I've enjoyed in the past 4 years. Have fun!

Skied Moose Fence Upland and Maple loops. Beautiful conditions with a dusting of recent snow still apparent. We had the trails to ourselves. Nicely groomed with good tracks for classic skiing; skating surface also looked great.

From Briton Peak trailhead skied out to Hogback, around picnic loop, east berg, and back via connector and homestead loops. Great conditions, firm deck, bomb proof tracks, but pole plunging on Oberg and some tree debris and stubble on the connector from Oberg to Homestead were the only issues, but pretty darn good overall.

Skied the Onion River trail Wednesday afternoon. Groomed today. Excellent condition. Great tracks. Sunny. No wind. We call this 'perfection.' Thanks to the groomers for giving the six of us a wonderful day.

Overall beautiful conditions at Sugarbush today. A bit soft and slow from the recent snow and some new snow falling. We skied every trail except Öberg. Coverage is excellent, and grooming is very good.

Skied from Britton Peak late morning. Went out via upper homestead to west Oberg, and back via Picnic and Hogback. Everything was in great shape. Picnic had been groomed in the morning and was quite a bit softer than any of the rest of it, but almost nothing exposed and a lot the bumps and lumps got flattened out with the recent snow/groom.

We only skied the most upper loops from the Moose Fence trailhead with our pup. While we saw that the Summit View connector trail from Britton Peak had been recently groomed by the time we were getting on the trails around 2:30pm the groomer had not yet reached the upper loops. We were skiing through a couple inches of fresh powder over a pretty solid skate deck. There was a well skied-in track. Saw no rocks or large debris, just a couple sticks here and there.
