2018-2019 season
Reports 21 to 24 of 24    Month: Mar | Feb | Jan

Firsthand: Freestyle
[ Trails Open: All, B skis ]
Arrived to find fresh groomed corduroy, since we got about 7 inches in Cottage Grove, this packed down to a soft layer over for the most part a firm but not icy base. Prior to the recent snow, there was a section that was bare ground on the return loop, on the south end of the pond. With additional snow trail should only get better.

Firsthand: Classic
[ Trails Open: All, Rock skis ]
Conditions were fair to good for the classic skier, with areas of leaf/pine litter and a few shallow areas of track that were avoidable. Tracks are set from the picnic shelter to the red loop, not set on the way back to the shelter. Multi use trails were all packed as well.

Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, Rock skis ]
Trails have been packed. Tracks have been set on the outer loop. Ski trail conditions have been described as fair at best due to the thin snow cover.
