Tom and Lloyd groomed this morning resulting in an excellent skate deck. The abundance of snow is evidenced by the robust classic tracks throughout the system. An excellent day at this very scenic location. Please donate at the trail heads; maintenance creates overhead.

Skied the south end of the course, it was firm, fast and fun. The golf course was freshly groomed, and in the woods - the trail was still firm and fast. Classic tracks were solid with a few leaves in them.

Beautiful! We kicked everything north of Macaslin Brook in 28 degrees under a sunny sky this morning. Deep set tracks; great looking skate deck; a few pesky leaves here and there, but all in all, worth the drive. The base of the trail looks to be more than 12" thick. Carpe Skiem!

Fantastic. Groomed the day before and what a great job they did. Skate deck wide with good glide and pole plants. Classic tracks were smooth and perfect. Great place to practice skate or enjoy a nice long classic. Got off the trails before the temps spiked that day but I hear they got more snow and would be grooming again possibly Wednesday.

Skied from the main parking lot out to 16k and back to the golf course. It was a great morning to ski with brilliant sunshine, mild temperatures and a beautiful, well groomed ski trail.

The skate lane from 6K through 20 K (Old 32 through Gold Loop) was freshly groomed. Skate deck is level, wide, clean and has solid pole plants. Coverage is 100%. The adjacent classic tracks were robust and overall conditions were excellent. Forget Beijing; skiing is better here and so is the parking.

Crisp cord and a flat deck made for fast skiing. Skied the big hills behind the golf course and out to the Old 32 parking lot. The classic track is deep and solid. The trail is in very good shape. Light snow is falling as I write this report.

Started from the Old 32 parking lot at 9:20 am with the temp at 23 degrees. The skate deck was fast and firm and classic track primo. When I finished at around 11:30 am it was about 30 degrees. A great day of skiing in the north woods!
