Great conditions! Blue and Green are in excellent shape, both skate deck and classic. Black was fully groomed, including classic tracks, a couple thin spots here and there but no issues skiing over. Some grass still poking through on purple.

Best conditions thus far. The 3” of new, dry snow groomed well. Blue and Green are in excellent shape, both skate deck and classic. Black was fully groomed, including classic tracks. Thin in a few spots but skied well. Purple looked like still skate deck only.

Skied the blue -- all the trails are cleared of large debris and received 1/2 inch yesterday and that covered much of the grey areas and most pine cones and leaves. Still have small litter - twigs, some leaves but very skiable! The green was much better because we covered many of the bare and grey areas with snow and Phil ran the Piston bully over it. Of course, we all need snow down here! We had a packed base and that is why we are skiing today. The track was set a couple days ago and are pretty darn good.

Phil took Pisten bully out on green and blue. He also set track. Given the recent weather it was better than expected. Base is thin, it was scratched up enough to get decent edge. Lots or pine needles in places. Due to thin base some dirt was brought up. No problem navigating. More snow would really help.

Grooming
[ Trails Open: Partial, B skis ]
Lots of pine needles and other material on the trails, but good overall shape considering the last few days. There is a decent base for skate skiing (no classic anything) that has been tilled and re-tilled. Some ice puddles you can work around. Should hold up fine for the weekend.

Really nice classic ski this morning on the Green and Blue trails. Stayed away from the the Blacks but they looked good too. Tracks well set and in good shape--should improve with a few more skiers. Skate lane was awesome throughout. Parking lot was full and the lodge was open.

8-10” overnight Friday. Skied from 10am until noon. Groomers hard at work getting it ready. By midday the greens were packed, and tracks set, guys were working on the blues. Thanks groomers and volunteers! Conditions were soft as expected but should firm up. Great to see all the little kids learning to ski!

The blue and green trials have been packed and are well skied in. No dirt or debris on the trail. The base is thin, so no tracks are set.
