[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
All ski trails were groomed and tracked this morning. Equipment malfunctions led to less than full track depth throughout. We have about 7-8 inches of ski base and around 16 inches of snow in the woods. It is a beautiful classic trail, so please come and enjoy. A trail pass is not required, but vehicle admission is.

I think Pattison is my favorite place to ski! The trail is really fun with the combination of flats and rolling hills at just the right time along with spectacular views! The trail had not been groomed in a few days, however the track was rock solid with minimal debris in it. This trail is well worth the drive!

Pattison has perfectionist groomers in my book! The trails were groomed yesterday and aside from a short stretch where some deer and wolves had a trail party, the tracks are absolutely top notch! We both used old waxes skis and had amazing glide. It's all snow, not a bit of ice except on the road to get there. If you have yet to experience Pattison, it is all classic and very peaceful with awesome views! If you ski there this weekend, all you have to be concerned with is ambient temp, it's sheltered from the wind. Remember you need a state park sticker to ski there!

Skied the green loop today and it was very fast with plenty of snow. Conditions great! I do not have knowledge of the other loops. Not many people had skied before us and no others seen on trail.

Lots of snow in the woods here! All trails were freshly groomed and the classic tracks were in the process of being set. Since the snow was a little soft we were able to easily ski without tracks. Such a beautiful place to ski. Mature woods with lots of snow clinging to the trees.
