Trail Detail
Notes
This trail has a variety of scenery as it winds around three lakes and through different types of terrain. It has a few rolling hills. Most of the trail follows old logging roads. This is an excellent trail for skiers of all abilities. There is a shelter located on the trail with a fire ring.Trail Reports

Thursday's warm weather has left the trail very icy. With current conditions we are unable to groom the trail at this time and we do not anticipate being able to groom in the next few days.

Temperature was around 38 degrees the whole time I skied. I used my fish scale no wax skis which proved to be perfect for today's conditions. I used Swix 10 glide wax. Grip was good, glide and track speed was fair. Downhills were slow and very manageable. The tracks held up well and were decently firm. I skied the Red loop and then went back out and skied the Blue loop. It was a great afternoon of skiing.

Trails are mainly skier-groomed, and could use another pass with the real groomer. There is plenty of snow, but tough to ski straight and comfortably without deep enough tracks. B or rock skis at the moment. Appreciative of the state groomers for making these trails possible!

Excellent skiing! Nice even ski depth. Spectacular scenery covered in snow. Wetness has evaporated from initial heavy snowfall we had last week with the glide good after recent fresh lighter snow. Setting up nice after the great, timely grooming! Thanks Lynn! Doesn't get better than this!

Classic skied only the red loop, tracks were even depth, not too soft or slick. A very pretty place. Nice job on the trails Lynn!

Cleared all trails of trees and debris. Packed trails with the gator. 7" of wet/heavy snow. Will continue to work the trails as the snow dries out.
