99% of trail in great shape - totally fine for best skis 1% dirty snow from buckthorn removal by Ramsey Co - it is a small section of trail by the 3 big hills at the north end of trail. Complete trail groomed this evening - probably won't groom again until Monday. Some of the best skiing in the past 5 years! Enjoy!

Trails rolled last night and combed this morning! In great shape! A little slow with the cold temps, but trail is in as good of shape as ever! Enjoy!

There was a good 2-3 inches of new snow on the trails on top of the underlying base. This made for excellent skiing (even if it was a bit slow.) Trails are in excellent shape and I didn't see anything on them that could damage skis. A huge thanks to the Irondale crew who do the grooming. While the trails were not freshly groomed, the care that they have received made them fun to ski. No classic tracks were set. All in all, a fun time on those hills!

The Irondale Trails we're almost perfect. No bare spots, good base for pole planting, and a nice fast surface with good edging. Just a few oak leaves and smaller sticks in the trail, but we did our best to clear a lot of them for you skaters... It's easier to flick things aside while classic skiing. No classic tracks, but the hills and turns make for such a good time. Thanks groomers!

Great condition skate trail. Good up and down the hill trail in the nature. Thank you all who takes care.

Great grooming after the thaw/freeze made this trail system fun and fast this afternoon. Even where it looked icy, I could confidently get an edge to skate. Some minor stick/oak leave debris on trail, but nothing to avoid skiing with B or maybe A skis.

Trails groomed this evening with YTS-ginzu. Broke up most of the ruts and smoothed things out - should be good skiing tomorrow. Will not be able to groom again until Thursday.

Skied the entire system. No classic tracks. Uphills have corn on the sides and are very firm to icy in the center. Downhills are thrillingly fast with some terror on the corners at the bottom. No bare spots.

Trail survived the major thaw yesterday. Took out the YTS groomer and made several passes. The trail is very skiable. There are a couple thin areas that get more sun (thin coverage - bit icy at top of a couple hills) Upper fields in good shape.
