Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
After many hours of work to get drifts passable with a groomer it has all been groomed and a track set today. Thanks for your patience as many hours were put in over 2 days to get it into skiiable condition. The cold temps I anticipate should set everything up nicely until we get more snow!

Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
With the high winds open space that is the golf course there is a ton of work/hours to get some major drifting under control with smaller equipment. Groomer was out for several hours this morning knocking down drifts and was able to make a pass with the groomer. We will be out at it again tomorrow to get it into shape and get a classic track set. Thanks for your patience as 50mph wind creates some major work.

Morning
Firsthand: Classic
[ Good skis ]
As of 7AM had not been re-groomed since this weekend's snowin' and blown'. Skate skiing would definitely not be possible, but I did a round of classic and it went....fine I guess, if you are OK with a bit of "skating" on top of a frozen layer of snow. Still great be outside, but will be a lot more fun when trails are set.

Trails rolled for skating. As of 1:30 no classic trail set. Did a loop of classic, no fun without set track. Full skate open, classic open without track.

Afternoon
Firsthand: Classic
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
Skate deck looked even, smooth and well used. Classic tracks were nicely set with a few places where they had flattened out. Both inside and outside loops were completely snow covered, no grass showing. The northeast section of the outer loop had some leaf detritus in the tracks.

Afternoon
Firsthand: Classic
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
The skate deck was well packed, the classic tracks were freshly set, but the area around the classic tracks was really soft and my poles disappeared multiple times when I was there. If you go, bring poles with slightly bigger baskets.

Evening
Firsthand: Freestyle
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
Nicely groomed and firm skate deck and the classic tracks looked really nice too. The skate deck was holding up well without getting rutted from skating.

Classic tracks had obviously been re-set since yesterday's wind. Great clean tracks. Thanks groomers!

Firsthand: Classic
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
Skied this afternoon about 3:30 pm. Lots of drifting from the blowing snow. The classic tracks were practically all filled in with snow. Lots of drifting snow over the other parts of the groomed trails.
