Morning
Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
Alpine and Pit Run were groomed this morning. Other trails have been skied on by lots of skiers, keeping the track packed without any glazing, providing very enjoyable conditions. Great to see so many skiers out at mid morning with 'ski smiles!'.

Condtions are very good, trails are groomed and with skied-in tracks, very little debris. Some drifting in the area of the airport and Pit Run, trails in the woods excellent. Thanks to the groomers and fellow skiers for the great conditions. Ski and enjoy.

Some great skiing this afternoon. Recent snow has been skied in and the tracks are hard and well defined. Very little litter in the tracks. Open ground by the airport has been drifted.

A very nice classic trail through mixed hardwood and pine forest. Some nice hills. There was a solid base from this winter's accumulated snow, which had been groomed. There were about 1 to 1-1/2 inches of new, fluffy powder since the last grooming. It might get better than this, but I haven't seen it in over 50 years of skiing. It has since snowed a bit more, so these trails should be in great condition.

Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
Track cuts are a little soft. It was good to see a number of skiers skiing and packing them in. Alpine Loop still has the windblown almost bare crest area; fortunately it’s a short easy ski through, with a grass base. Pit Run has enough snow to cover the ruts and is in great shape. The population of park deer have become accustomed to skiers / groomer, it’s a treat to observe them observing us and going about their daily business.

Trails were great. Groomed this morning with the tricky downhill turns not tracked for more control. Thanks Andy! If you want to skate ski, Whitetail Run golf course (north of Wadena on 71) is groomed for skate as well as classic. Thanks Jeff!

Trails good to very good, some drifting in open areas but not in the woods, a few oak leaves but not a big problem. Several people skiing and enjoying the nice temps and beautiful conditions in the woods. Thank you groomers.

Evening
Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
Trails are very good and set up well overnight. The downhills are tracked so they are faster. Skiers may want to get out of the track or be in only one track for more control.

Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
All trails have been packed and groomed. Alpine and Pit Run are still a wee backcountry, very skiable, just be aware of low hanging branches in a few area. Happy Ski Year!

Deep powder all over. No trails groomed yet. A few trails where skied in and are useable. Your boots will be filled with snow by the time you’re done.
