Good skis vast majority of trail, with the caveat that you should ski out of tracks in some very short segments under pine trees due to thin track base. Overall wonderful! Thanks to Dakota County Parks groomers.

Trails were in very good shape. There were a few thin and dirty spots, mainly in areas of southern sun exposure and near the camper cabins, all avoidable. These trails seem to get much less use than Lebanon or Cleary, which keeps them in better shape. Since most areas are in the open or in the pines, leaf litter is not an issue. I skied a portion of the Lone Rock Trail (photo along the fence row) to connect the loops and that was groomed and in good shape as well.

Grooming
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
Trails were groomed with classic tracks set on Sunday. The groomer called the trails in 'very good condition'. Get out there while it's not drifted!
