Excellent conditions with deep tracks and firm skate lane. Very little debris, that could change quickly windy conditions.

Grooming

All trails have been groomed and the track set on all. With the high winds and drifting I'll most likely be out again on Friday morning. The entire system is just absolutely beautiful at this time!

Great conditions at pioneer. Our first time there and only a quarter of a mile east of hwy 45 on hwy k on south side at the town park, heated bathrooms for changing and even a park bench in it. The trails had full coverage, no dirt or grass anywhere. Classic tracks firm and the skate deck was also groomed to perfection. Great job on the trails, will be back, cheers.

Almost perfect. Love full width skate deck and tracks not slammed into the trail edge. Northern Creek trail provides a relaxing ski with much of it done in v2 fashion.

Just great! Skate was fast and smooth. Firm under foot but very easy to edge on top. South trails (higher ground) have a few bumps in the usual spots but easy to DP over. Snow cover is 100%. Don, the groomer, is getting really good at this!

Grooming

All trails have been groomed, the track was cut and reset. There’s quite a bit of oak debris but nothing crazy. Get out and enjoy with the warmer temps!

Beautifully groomed wide skate lanes! Soft here and there but with firm pole plants and very little debris. I hopped in and out of classic tracks which were firm and fast. A gem in the Northwoods!

I spent a few hours cutting and leveling/filling holes on the entire system. I did set a track and things are really starting to come around. The trail is very nice at this time. We have a very large parking area and a heated bathroom, come check it out!

Completely satisfying. Cold, but sunny and light winds, gave the nearly pristine half an inch, a chance to make things magical. Skaters may enjoy it even more. Good job by folks without a lot of support. About eight to ten inches, it feels like. Good skis, enjoy the nice long climbs.
