Very good skiing on the 2.5k loop this morning. Starting to get mashed potatoes on uphills. Great to see so many skiers enjoying the snow! Nearly impossible to find parking!

Really nice to have the longer loop - 2.5 k or so - and some of the back woods. Double classic tracks throughout, nicely groomed and wide skate deck. Thanks for all the snowmaking!

Evening
Firsthand: Classic
[ Trails Open: Partial, Good skis ]
The section on the luce line is now partly open so a full loop is now about 2.5 km. Have to be more careful out there because some choose not to do this add on and there is alot of traffic to merge especially at 6:45 PM on a Tuesday. Very solid condition and classic track was in great shape.

The Green Meadow loop is open! The skate deck was hard and fast this evening There were double classic tracks most of the way around. Snow guns were going full blast all over the place.

Snow was a bit soft but overall great ski! Beautiful evening. Lots of racers out! Happy solstice. Classic tracks also looked like they were in good condition.

Manmade loop was in great shape this morning. Not too many people out. Tracks were solid all the way around, and the trail was fast! Look like lots of snow being made toward the Meadow and the Machine Shed.

Skied 1.5K loops at Wirth. It’s in really good shape. Plenty of space to work on form and cardio. There are people and classes but plenty of time skiing “solo.” Double poles in the classic tracks and those were good, too. Definitely worth the trip!

Skied late morning. With the women's clinic and folks home on break, it was quite possibly the most people I've seen skiing at Wirth (outside of a ski race). Trails were holding up surprisingly well. Snowguns were running at a couple of locations.

Skied in the mid- afternoon. Skate deck was decent considering past week and the hills were corny by this time of day. Still worth the trip. Didn’t see any bare spots.

Wirth was hoppin’ with skiers enjoying the man made snow loop. Many group lessons were underway along with folks simply skiing laps for workout or enjoyment. So great to see so many folks learning the sport. Trails were firm with a bit of loose fluff on the climbs but no deterioration to sugar. Classic tracks were also holding up well.
