Good snow, fair to good track that held my skis down hill around bends. But crowded! Snow making loop only. Nothing groomed in back 40 or to south.

Excellent conditions for classic skiing on the man-made loop. There are double classic tracks and they were not at all icy for using skin skis - even for this beginner classic skier. No issue skiing up the big hill in the track. The skate deck was also in great shape - no issue getting an edge when needed. Thanks for the reliable grooming!

Classic skied the manmade loop multiple times, and the tracks were good: the only washout was in the start/finish area, but that is because there must have been 250 skiers! We skied with a number of high school teams. It was, as my friend noted, festive. We are so lucky to have different locations with manmade snow!

Good conditions on the manmade loop. Classic tracks were in great shape. Only ice I noticed was walking to the start of the trail, almost fell.

Honestly, it was very good. A little icy, but the grooming was recent and I had plenty of traction. Classic tracks look good as well. I was very surprised given the last 24 hours. The snow guns were blowing so it lifted the spirits instead of being a downer today.

Had a good lunchtime skate on the man made loop. Firm base with minimal slush on top.

Fast, fun, firm, clean snow on the snowmaking loop (best skis are safe to use), with perfect grooming for both classic and skate. The snow temp is many degrees cooler than the air temp so it was skiing much like a mid-20s type of day despite the air temp of 34. And the deep red sunrise cannot be beat!

Perfect snow on the snowmaking loop for skate and classic! Thank you to the grooming and snowmaking crews! Also skied Tornado Alley to Wirth Lake. Fun to be on natural snow - starting to get bare spots and leaf/stick debris but great ski.

I skied most of the golf course area and over to Wirth Lake and around the new re-route and Eloise Butler. Fun ski! The conditions were better than I expected, but still some debris in trails and grass in spots. There were a few areas around Eloise Butler where I had to be a little careful with gravel, and I took off my skis to go underneath 55--the snow was just so thin there. But such a beautiful day and the snow was fast and decent early season conditions.

Did another early morning ski on JD rivers, Tornado Alley, and the Bridge Trail. I also did some laps on the Bridge trail. Compared to yesterday, very firm and fast. Overall great shape - but there are the grassy spots, and now a few bare (or very thin) spots, and a few icy spots (especially any area with more sun exposure).
