Both sprint events would decide the final outcome on the team results with Brainerd and Bemidji girls punching their way to state and Little Falls and Brainerd boys taking first and second respectively. Bemidji boys and Moorhead girls earned the slots for sprint state. Grant protected his classic lead in the pursuit with Zaine Braaten, Moorhead, coming in second and Ethan Yorek, Little Falls, third.
