Firsthand: Classic
[ Trails Open: All, Good skis ]
North loop is freshly groomed for skate and is in great shape. The classic tracks at north loop are a bit shallow but still enjoyable and useable. Graystone is being groomed now. Should be great for skate. Hope to update later for the conditions for classic. But skating deck should be excellent through the weekend.

Skated the Warm Up, Orchard and Hilltop trails Saturday morning. The skate lanes were in excellent condition with very good coverage and no tree debris to speak of. The recent snowfall had been groomed in and the snow was relatively fast with temps in the high twenties. I rode the classic tracks down a few hills and double-poled in some of the flatter sections. The classic tracks were some of the best I've seen. Excellent job groomers!

All skate lanes were freshened up today. North Loop, Orchard, Warm Up and Hilltop. Beautiful conditions out on the trails. Beat the winter grays and enjoy some fresh air skate skiing or classical. But first, Get your Great MN Ski Pass then go ski!
