Trail Detail
Notes
Brunet Island's trails pass through an otherwise undeveloped section of the park. The terrain is rolling with plenty of hills but none very large. Skiers pass through a mix of hardwood and evergreen forest, and ski a ridge within sight of the Fisher River.Trail Reports

The Nordic Trail was groomed last Tuesday. The track was generally great but there was a fair amount of debris in the trail from the last storm, and several trees/branches overhanging the trail from the weight of the snow, so keep and eye out for them. The east loop (smallest) loop couldn't be groomed due to a tree fallen across it, and the candlelight loop on the island has not been groomed at all yet. As of today, the subsequent snows have covered the debris pretty well and the trail looks great, but there are still the limbs drooping over the trail.
